What Key challenges and Opportunities Did Bispham Gate support you on?
We had several known and unknown areas that BGBS supported us on covering areas of Sales performance, Operations excellence and Site 1 infrastructure changes. With the largest project being a fully supported implementation of a new site for business growth, with challenging timelines and a new customer implementation to boot.
How would you best describe the support and effectiveness of the support you received?
Throughout the periods of support, Trevor integrated brilliantly with all levels of our management team, helping them deliver the outputs but also delivering a great experience for all involved. Trevor re-wrote the rule book on consultancy, delivering a hands-on approach and application to be admired. Trevor brought Logistics and Project competency of the highest level, which supported the senior operations team to understand how they could improve on already great standards and also deliver a project in challenging timelines.
What would be your highlight of the whole experience working with Bispham Gate?
There are many I could highlight, but Trevors’ approach and adaptability in helping deliver the second site in 11-week timelines was exceptional. We now have a business relationship that goes much further than a consultant supporting business in change, we speak on a regular basis and we will be doing work again in the future, but the lasting thing that Trevor left us with was that everyone throughout the business respected and liked working with him and that’s a testament to the style and empathy you will get from Trevor and Bispham Gate.
